6. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1. MB "Mano forma" informs that it does not transfer Personal Data to third parties located both in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania and in the countries of the European Union and other foreign countries, neither for remuneration nor for remuneration or otherwise, except for the following cases:
6.1.1. if the User's consent to disclose his / her Personal Data has been obtained;

6.1.3. for law enforcement institutions - in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;

6.2. The User's Personal Data is provided to the Member States of the European Union or other foreign countries under the same conditions and in the same manner as to the recipients of Personal Data in the Republic of Lithuania and only for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2.1. The User agrees that MB My Form will collect data on User Behavior in order to protect its Users from fraud, identity theft and other violations, including but not limited to whether the respective person violates MB My Form general rules and other mandatory rules of the Website. and will create a “black database” based on such collected data. This "black database" is used to protect other Users of the Website, whose correspondence is analyzed by an automatic system searching for data from the "black database", and in other cases of prevention.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. 7.4. If MB "My Form" doubts the correctness of the Personal Data provided by the User, he / she may suspend the processing of the Personal Data of these Users, check and correct this data. Such Personal Data is used only to verify their accuracy.
7.5. The User agrees in advance that the Website has the right to protect his / her Personal Data to the extent necessary if the data provided by the User has been (i) used in an illegal act or (ii) suspected identity theft or other breach that has resulted in or an investigation will be carried out by the relevant law enforcement authorities, (iii) if the Site Administrator has received complaints about the relevant User, or if the Site Administrator has noticed violations of the MB My Form General Rules and other Site Rules by the relevant User;
8. CORRECTION, ADDITION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
8.1. The User grants MB the right to collect, manage, process and store the User's Personal Data to the extent and for the purposes provided for in the Privacy Policy and other documents of the Website. The user has the right to:
8.1.1. access the Personal Data provided by you at any time by logging in to your Account;
8.1.2. by submitting a request to the Website Administrator to receive information in writing from which sources and what his / her Personal Data was collected, for what purpose they are processed, to which data recipients they are provided and have been provided during the last 1 year.
